OUR PURPOSE

YSI takes idle summertime to build on students' existing zeal for band and to nurture an appetite for saxophone learning. We have a very diverse body of teaching faculty, including an array of public school teachers, band directors, university professors, private lesson teachers, computer scientists, dentists, and more. What we all share, and wish to impart to the students, is a deep love of learning and performing.
